Welcome to Reditura Ventures. These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between Reditura Ventures ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") and the individual or corporate entity ("User", "you", or "your") accessing or using our website, proprietary market intelligence software, automated analytics, and algorithmic execution interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing, accessing, or registering for access to the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our related policies, including our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure Statement. If you do not agree with any provision set forth herein, you must immediately terminate access to and use of all Reditura Ventures services.

2. Eligibility and Account Provisioning

Access to Reditura Ventures is granted solely to persons who meet the following qualifying criteria:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your applicable domicile;
  • You possess the legal capacity and authority to enter into binding agreements;
  • You are not a citizen, resident, or entity located in any restricted territory, sanction list, or embargoed jurisdiction under United Kingdom, European Union, or United States regulations;
  • Your use of algorithmic trading systems and cryptocurrency technology complies with all local statutory rules and tax obligations in your tax jurisdiction.

You agree to supply accurate, current, and complete onboarding information and assume full responsibility for safeguarding your access credentials, API keys, and device security.

3. Nature of the Services & Technology

Reditura Ventures provides automated algorithmic data processing, signal modeling, and technical routing interfaces designed to analyze cryptoasset markets (such as Bitcoin and Ethereum) as well as foreign exchange patterns. Reditura Ventures is a financial technology software provider and does not operate as an authorized investment bank, deposit-taking institution, asset custodian, or discretionary fund manager.

All data feeds, signals, probability distributions, backtests, and platform outputs are provided strictly for informational and automated computational execution purposes. None of our platform outputs constitute personalized investment advice, tax counseling, financial planning, or an endorsement of any particular asset class.

4. User Responsibilities & Trading Discretion

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You retain sole, autonomous control over the activation, parameters, leverage levels, and stop-loss metrics applied to your connected trading accounts;
  • All automated trading instructions triggered via Reditura Ventures algorithms are dispatched at your independent discretion and risk;
  • You will not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, including market manipulation, front-running, money laundering, terrorist financing, or unauthorized reverse engineering of algorithmic logic.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All software code, predictive models, interface architecture, design components, trade dress, trademarks, logos, and proprietary algorithms hosted on Reditura Ventures remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its authorized licensors. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to use the Platform interface strictly in accordance with these Terms.

6. Disclaimers of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any nature, whether express, statutory, or implied. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Reditura Ventures expressly disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, continuous availability, and algorithmic infallibility. We do not warrant that execution latency will be zero, that communication links to third-party exchanges will remain uninterrupted, or that market conditions will yield profitable trades.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the United Kingdom, Reditura Ventures, its affiliates, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or special damages, nor for any direct or indirect loss of capital, profits, digital assets, trading opportunities, data, or reputation arising from:

  • Sudden market price volatility, flash crashes, exchange slippage, or illiquidity;
  • Third-party API disconnections, blockchain network reorganizations, or exchange insolvencies;
  • Software bugs, latency delays, or algorithmic execution anomalies;
  • Unauthorized account access resulting from the user's compromised authentication credentials.

8. Termination of Access

We reserve the right, without prior notice or liability, to suspend, limit, or revoke your access to the Platform if we detect suspected fraud, regulatory non-compliance, breach of these Terms, or malicious attempts to tamper with our software infrastructure.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms, their interpretation, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of England and Wales. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts sitting in England and Wales.
